An exceptional bathroom renovation featuring a 30” floating bathroom vanity with full extension, soft-closing drawers topped with a custom quartz counter, a porcelain undermount sink and a single post faucet. The counter was built with mitered edge quartz panels assembled to appear like a solid stone piece.
A contoured acrylic bathtub with dual diverter valve, tub filler and rain showerhead was incorporated. The tub surround was waterproofed with Schluter-Kerdi membrane, while its walls were tiled with a 12” x 24” faux marble porcelain in an off-white finish with subtle veins of warm caramel drizzled liberally throughout. The exterior bathroom wall’s insulation was upgraded including new vapour barrier prior to waterproofing and tiling.
The bathroom floor was treated to an 8” x 48” distressed wood grain finish porcelain floor tile. A tempered glass barn door shower enclosure, 10-bar stainless steel towel warmer connected to a programmable timer, and underfloor heating connected to a programmable thermostat were included. Matching quartz framed niches, designer wallpaper, LED Ice Bar light fixture, deep blue hued mirror embossed vanity mirror, and lavender and gold rimmed crystal pulls complete this phenomenal bathroom transformation!
