Project Highlights
This West Vancouver home renovation saw this home’s south facing entrance and pool area significantly improved with a number of internal and external upgrades. Decorative concrete columns were built with cedar and glass accents. Aluminum and glass railings were installed to secure the area around the heated in-ground pool and hot tub. For decorative effect, concrete planters were set around the perimeter of the wet area. An outdoor dining area complete with seating and a stainless grill was created to entertain family and friends alike.
At the home’s front entrance a geometric planter with 6” x 6” landscape ties, in-ground sprinklers, river rock accents, concrete paver walkways and landscaping was constructed for instant curb appeal and interest. To complete the front exterior’s makeover, a metal and wood garden entry gate with video access was installed.
Furthermore, the home’s rear was also treated to an upgrade. A concrete paver walkway from the driveway to the rear yard was installed. A terraced garden among the yard’s mature trees and a dedicated seating area with concrete pavers and river rock infill was designed.
Additional exterior updates to this West Vancouver home renovation included the repair and painting of the home’s siding, installation of aluminum railing to the south facing balconies and of combed trim around its windows, and replacing the existing driveway with exposed aggregate concrete.
