This builder-grade powder room was cosmetically remodelled to reveal a boutique hotel-like makeover filled with charm, elegance and functionality! The original bathroom vanity was retained, but treated to a topper of 2cm Crema-marfil inspired quartz and a rectangular vessel sink with single post polished chrome sink faucet and pop-up drain.
European designer wallpaper, a brushed brass and acrylic mirror, dual wall sconces as an upgraded light fixture and handmade brass door pulls transform this once builder-grade powder room into a space any homeowner would be proud to showoff.
Eco-friendly features: a low-flush toilet, a high efficiency fan connected to a timer and an occupancy sensor switch to control the lighting further enhanced the transformation of this small bathroom.
