This wonderful kitchen renovation saw a dated and tired original kitchen replaced with a contemporary impact kitchen. Complete with updated Shaker kitchen cabinets, new granite countertops and chef appointed appliances, this kitchen renovation is a welcome addition to the home’s newly updated aesthetic.
A combination of hinged doors, full extension drawers equipped with soft-closing hardware, Lazy Susan and full height grocery cabinetry offer exceptional storage variety. Toasted honeycomb double edge granite and 1” x 1” blush glass mosaic complete the aesthetic makeover of this phenomenal kitchen. A generous peninsular provides ample work surface, while a porcelain farmer’s sink with garbage disposal allows for washing of even the largest casserole dishes and baking trays.
An impressive array of appliances grace this kitchen renovation including a D.C.S. (Dynamic Cooking Systems) 5 burner gas range with convection oven, a Stainless steel extractor hood, a D.C.S. double dish drawer dishwasher with separate electronic controls that allow individual or combined operation, a built-in 36” Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, a Sharp microwave drawer with electronic sensor cooking functions, an Ariston plumbed espresso/cappuccino maker, fully automated with built-in coffee grinder, and a 30 bottle dual zone temperature control wine cooler with glass door and wooden racks.
A bulkhead was built above the north wall cabinets to house 3” light fixtures. Hardwood flooring was continued through the home renovation into the kitchen and its adjoining eating area.
