The remodel of a principal bathroom to transform it from a newer builder-grade renovation into a custom alternative now perfectly tailor-made for the pair who share it.
The original cabinet was retained, but the vanity area was treated to a makeover including the replacement of all fixtures and fittings and the installation of a quartz vanity counter with dual undermount sinks, single column faucets and drains, tile backsplash and updated vanity lights.
The bathroom’s layout was kept unchanged apart from enlarging the existing shower to unveil an expanded walk-in shower with updated fixtures and surfaces. The custom shower was built using Schluter components to waterproof the shower walls and pan. This shower upgrade is completed with the installation of a rain showerhead, handheld wand and wrap-around frameless glass enclosure.
Wood-like embossed porcelain, crema-marfil herringbone and mosaic tiles effortlessly combine with textured biscuit coloured wallpaper to add an abundance of charm and personality to a space once lacking both!
