Try finishing the wall above your storage & serving buffet with a 24”x48” high gloss Mother of Pearl-like porcelain tile.

In this illustration, we created unity between the open-plan kitchen and dining room by extending the finishes used in the kitchen into the dining area. Instead of a free-standing dining side board, we opted for a built-in alternative perfect for serving and discreet, closed door storage. The 5-door cabinet in an off-white finish was topped with toasted biscuit quartz.

To complete the design, the 3 cabinet-to-ceiling feature tiles were framed in 3mm brushed metal and trimmed with molding – no wall art required!
