When the proposal meets your expectations, simply sign to proceed and provide a 10% deposit to secure your renovation. If adjustments are needed, we prepare a revised plan for your approval — no pressure, no rush.
If your renovation involves structural changes, wall removal, or an expanded footprint, we take care of the required City of West Vancouver, District of West Vancouver, District and City of North Vancouver permits as well as strata approval, and provide all drawings and documentation.
For strata properties, we assist in obtaining the necessary Strata Council approval to keep everything compliant and stress-free.
Once the proposal is accepted, our in-house design team finalizes your renovation design and guides you through all material selections — at no additional cost.
We bring curated samples directly to your home, saving you hours of showroom visits.
Larger fixtures are presented visually or virtually for easy comparison.
With your design approved, we confirm your start date and order all required materials, ensuring your renovation begins smoothly and without delay.
